The role involves encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among individuals served. Responsibilities also include providing transportation, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, health monitoring, and meal preparation.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required for this position. Candidates should ideally possess a valid State of Michigan driver's license and must be able to pass background checks and become certified in CPR/First Aid.
