This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and hallways, which includes cleaning bathrooms, emptying garbage, and cleaning floors and walls. Duties are determined by the center and must adhere to established cleaning schedules and safety procedures when using chemicals.
Candidates must be able to read and understand Standard English and deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families, employees, and visitors. Physical requirements include standing for 7-8 hours daily, ability to stoop, kneel, bend, climb, and lift between 20 to 75 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the Residents rooms, Common areas, and hallways.
