The physician will facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations within a collaborative care model, including interviewing patients to address presenting issues and willingness for offered services. Responsibilities also involve initiating and interpreting diagnostic tests to determine diagnoses using complex clinical reasoning.
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Required credentials include a current State of Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain one quickly), Iowa Certificate of Controlled Substances, Federal DEA, and current CPR certification.

SCHEDULE Monday to Wednesday 8 AM to 7 PM. Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexible scheduling options available COMPENSATION
