What You’ll Be Responsible For
Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
