The Engagement Coordinator will plan, implement, and promote activities to enhance resident quality of life, including safely transporting residents and facilitating engagement programs based on individual resident interests. They will also coordinate outings and special events to enrich the overall engagement experience.
Candidates must be able to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming tailored to residents, families, and team members. Essential requirements include effective communication skills for engaging individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementia, basic computer skills, and possessing a valid driver's license.
