The Recovery Specialist II delivers care addressing the physical and psychological requirements of members served, providing direct and indirect services aligned with individual service plans and Medicaid standards. This role involves working specific afternoon/evening shifts in an acute inpatient mental health program for adults.
Candidates must possess either a high school diploma/GED and two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting, or a BA/BS with one year of mental health experience. Essential requirements include knowledge of basic nursing skills, mental/physical health terminologies, and possessing a valid driver's license with willingness to transport clients.

• Full Time 40 Hours/Week; 3:00pm - 11:30pm; Wednesday - Saturday
Expected starting wage range is $21.00
We pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Riverside County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed locked acute inpatient program for adults, 18+ years old, diagnosed with a serious mental illness, and are experiencing an acute mental health emergency. Admission is voluntary or involuntary (5150). The average stay is 5 -7 days.
