The Engagement Coordinator will plan, implement, and promote activities to enhance resident quality of life, including safely transporting residents and facilitating engagement programs based on individual resident preferences. This role also involves coordinating outings and special events to improve the overall engagement experience.
Candidates must be able to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming tailored to residents, families, and team members. Essential requirements include the ability to effectively communicate with and engage individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, possessing computer skills, and holding a valid driver's license.
