The Nurse Practitioner performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate interventions and procedures as determined by the established plan of care. This role is responsible for coordinating the care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital's established Standards of Care.
A Master’s Degree in Nursing is required for this position. Candidates should also refer to the Medical Staff Guidelines for applicable certifications and credentialing.
