Under supervision, the Rehabilitation Therapist delivers rehabilitation therapy services to members served on both an individual and group basis. This role supports members in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams within a skilled nursing facility setting.
Candidates must possess a B.S./B.A. in a relevant therapy field (Occupational, Recreational, Music, Dance, Drama, Art Therapy, or Vocational Counseling) and have six months of experience in a behavioral health setting. Discipline certification or licensure may be required based on program or location regulations.

Expected starting wage range is $29.93 - $36.98. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Morton Bakar Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing psychosocial rehabilitation and skills-building support for older adults (ages 65+) with a primary diagnosis of severe mental illness.
