The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on care to promote recovery and quality of life. This role also involves supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining documentation standards.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for an Illinois state PT license; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in acute, rehab, or long-term care settings is considered a plus.
