The role involves identifying and evaluating patient needs through telephone triage and administering medications, including injections, while documenting all actions accurately. Responsibilities also include providing necessary patient and family education and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing school and hold an active state license as an LPN, along with current CPR Certification. A minimum of one year of experience as an LPN is required, and fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
