$18.21 to $24.83 - hourly/paid biweekly

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Performs delegated and ancillary basic nursing skills, including activities of daily living, monitoring of patient condition, body mechanics, providing nutritional support, and other standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Documents care as provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and take appropriate action.
Communicates clearly, honestly, appropriately, and in a timely manner with patients, families, and care team members.
Completes documentation of care/behaviors with accuracy according to facility guidelines.
Respects the confidentiality of patient information and adheres to HIPAA and facility guidelines.
Recognizes and reports changes in the patient’s condition.
Demonstrates caring attitudes and behaviors to develop therapeutic relationships.
Demonstrates respect, equity, and empathy in actions and interactions with culturally diverse and vulnerable patients.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions with a valid driver’s license).
Must be able to legally work in the United States.
