The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct clinical assessments, and support residents with various mental health conditions common in long-term care settings. This role also involves collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and participating in care plan discussions.
Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted LMFT license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to work onsite in local facilities. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary for independent work and team collaboration.
