The Clinician will provide individual and group therapy, manage client intake processes including screening and differential diagnosis, and create and modify ongoing treatment plans reflecting client progress. Responsibilities also include completing administrative tasks like maintaining case records, coordinating treatment with external parties, and providing community education on mental health issues.
Applicants must possess a valid NYS license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Required attributes include strong administrative, time management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish being a plus.
In our commitment to professional growth and development, full-time Clinicians receive 12 hours of paid professional development time annually to attend training or conferences that meet their individual learning needs and interests.

Our team is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP) to join our Beacon Behavioral Health Team.
Title: Clinician, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP
Status: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday with one late night. No on-call, no weekends, and no holiday requirements.
