The role involves providing in-home family counseling, crisis intervention, and implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) assessments and evidence-based clinical methods for up to five families. Responsibilities also include collaborating with external agencies and advocating for families in various settings.
A Master's degree in a related field such as MSW, MFT, or MHC is required, along with prior experience in family therapy or in-home counseling with youth. Candidates must have organizational skills, be available for evening and occasional weekend work, and pass necessary background and driving clearances.
