The nurse coordinates and provides safe care to patients by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role also involves directing and coordinating the care of assigned personnel and performing charge duties as assigned.
Candidates must possess a Florida Nursing License and specific American Heart Association certifications depending on the area, such as BLS for all areas. Required certifications like ACLS, PALS, and CPI must be obtained within six months of the hire date.
