The role involves transforming primary care delivery by focusing on individual patients and communities, aiming to shift healthcare from treating sickness to promoting better health. Providers will manage a small patient panel in a 100% outpatient setting.
Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted medical license in the practicing state or be willing to obtain one, with a preference for additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. A minimum of three years of experience in outpatient primary care is required.
