The Medical Assistant provides superior patient care by performing administrative and delegated clinical tasks within a physician-led care team in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include managing patient records via EMR, supporting patient visits through vital sign collection, and handling instrument sterilization and supply inventory.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with basic knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree, graduation from an accredited MA program, or two years of MA experience, along with current national certification.
