Under the director's supervision, the role utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care, which includes making nursing assessments and diagnoses. The LPN will formulate, implement, and evaluate care plans based on these diagnoses and perform other assigned duties.
Candidates must have completed post-high school special training and possess a Florida Practical Nurse License along with BLS certification. A mandatory requirement is the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care and performs duties as assigned.
