Patient Care Technicians are responsible for gathering patient information, assisting with meals, tending to personal needs, and contributing to health status assessments. They also serve as a crucial link between patients and the care team, reporting any condition changes to the Nurse.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent along with an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification valid in Arizona. A current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) card is also mandatory.
