The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI exams while ensuring patient safety by adhering to protocols and administering contrast when necessary. Key duties include adjusting equipment factors to produce optimal images and guiding patients through the process while addressing their concerns.
Candidates must possess ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification and a current BLS certification, with a state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology potentially required. A venipuncture certificate might be necessary depending on state regulations, and at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
