The Occupational Therapist will help patients regain independence and quality of life by assessing diverse patients, developing treatment plans, and conducting evaluations daily. Responsibilities also include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting thoroughly, and maintaining high productivity standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess Basic Life Support - CPR certification upon hire, along with the required Occupational Therapist license for Arizona. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or Doctorate degree and 1-3 years of progressive clinical experience.
