The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will perform high-quality images and exams on patients while strictly adhering to standards of safe radiation practice and maintaining patient sensitivity. This role also requires demonstrating leadership for other associate technologists and serving as a clinical resource to unit personnel.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and hold required ARDMS or ARRT registrations, including specific specialty certifications like RDMS(OB/GYN) or equivalent, obtained within one year if necessary. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
