As a Registered Nurse, the professional will deliver compassionate, high-quality care by leveraging expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments and implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing patient care activities, demonstrating ethical behavior, advocating for patient needs, and adapting to changes in patient conditions.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of nursing and holding an active Registered Nurse license in Arizona, along with current American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include one year of recent acute care experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
