Responsibilities

Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignments Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needs Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate We are offering a $20,000 Sign On Bonus incentive to those new hire who meet eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Required Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire Preferred BSN perferred At least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred
