Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an RN license in Indiana by the date of hire. Preferred experience includes one year as an RN in a hospital setting, and required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. for nursery staff.
