The incumbent performs general and complex radiographic procedures under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor and Medical Director, demonstrating competency across neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Technologists may also be required to participate in the department's call schedule to ensure coverage during weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must possess California State Department of Health Services certification as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) along with a current California license and Fluoroscopic permit, plus American Heart Association BLS-CPR certification. Required competency includes general radiology plus one other modality such as Angiography, MRI, CT, or Mammography.
