The Residential Program Worker provides direct support to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, offering services such as personal care, domestic household tasks, and assistance with medical and vocational appointments in their home and community. This role involves supervising residents and supporting them in achieving their individual goals.
Applicants should be highly motivated and dynamic, interested in entering the direct care field to serve people with disabilities, even if they have no prior experience. A requirement mentioned is having a current Medication Certification.

The RPW provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs, in their home and in their community. This includes but is not limited to personal care, domestic household services, personal appointments, medical appointments, vocational services, community activities, supervision within the home, and other tasks based upon their individual goals.
