$24 - $28 / HOUR
The technician will be responsible for handling and processing specimens for routine semen analysis, including performing counts, motility assessments, and histological techniques. Key duties also involve processing semen for ART and IUI procedures, performing cryopreservation, managing sample logistics, and conducting daily/monthly quality control for media and equipment.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree along with the required ASCP certification and a current California CLS General License to perform high-complexity tests. Preferred experience ranges from 1-2 years minimum up to 2-4 years, and applicants need strong computer literacy and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
