The Advanced Practice Provider will serve as the first assist in all cardiac and thoracic operations while managing the CVICU and the step-down unit in partnership with Cardiothoracic Surgeons. This role requires a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to inpatient care within a high-volume surgical program.
Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho, along with valid controlled substance registration. Required experience includes vein harvest, and the role also necessitates obtaining Oregon medical licensure to support the broader health system.
