The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, plans, and administers treatment programs for patients with speech, language, and swallowing impairments. They collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to establish care plans and ensure timely discharge from the hospital.
Candidates must hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania and preferably have a Master's Degree. Current CPR certification and completion of required affiliations or CEUs to maintain licensure are also necessary.
