The coordinator reviews referrals for medical necessity and level of care, assists in admission decisions, and manages the initial nursing assessment and medication review for incoming patients. They are also responsible for communicating decisions to families and referral sources and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or hold a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, with a preference for utilization review/insurance authorization experience or one year of clinical experience with the target population. An Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Nursing is also required for the LPN role.

Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is a 16-bed inpatient, free standing Adult Psychiatric hospital that specializes in treating Anxiety, Major Depression, Mood disturbances, Psychosis, and other mental health illnesses.
Bachelor or Associate Degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
