The Clinical Pharmacist will manage the oncology formulary, evaluate new therapies, and oversee the safe dispensing and management of oral chemotherapy agents. Responsibilities also include providing patient counseling and offering clinical decision support to providers and nursing staff.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a current pharmacist license in Pennsylvania, with a minimum of two years of experience in oncology pharmacy practice preferred. A PGY2 residency in Oncology Pharmacy and Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) are preferred qualifications.
