The role involves assisting nurses with patient treatments and daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Responsibilities also include preparing and transporting patients, communicating concerns to nurses, and building relationships to support patient recovery goals.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, which is preferred, and must maintain current CPR certification. The position requires utilizing specialized skills to provide compassionate, personalized care within a rehabilitation setting.
