The primary responsibilities include assisting dentists during procedures within long-term care facilities and preparing the necessary rooms for dental exams and treatments. Assistants will also be responsible for helping with both clinical and administrative documentation and interfacing with facility staff.
Candidates should possess good computer skills and strong organizational abilities, along with being reliable and team-oriented. Prior patient care experience, such as CNA, Home Health Aide, or PCA, is considered a plus, although prior dental experience is preferred but not required.
