The role involves providing basic medical services to patients in an outpatient recovery setting, ensuring the safe delivery of medication, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient records according to regulations. Responsibilities also include implementing controlled substance procedures, reconciling substances daily, administering medications, and evaluating patient responses.
Candidates must possess an active and current California nursing or technician license, along with current CPR and first aid certification. Required experience includes triaging in emergency situations and assisting with medical emergencies.
