This role involves utilizing the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model to help people continue engaging with mental health services. The manager will be responsible for developing case management skills and connecting clients with necessary community resources.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with one year of clinical experience demonstrating a collaborative and client-centered approach. Essential requirements include strong organizational skills for managing client information and appointments, and the ability to connect clients with community resources.
