The role involves developing and executing consistent treatment plans from intake to closure, providing individual and group psychotherapy, and teaching psychoeducation guided by clinical best practices. Responsibilities also include extensive case management, documentation, inter-agency collaboration, and participating in internal consultations and committees to improve clinical practices.
Candidates need a Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field plus 1-2 years of internship and 3+ years of clinical experience, or a related PhD/PsyD with 0-3 years of clinical experience. Training in CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy is preferred, and the clinician must manage a caseload of approximately 65 clients, with 30% being Medicare clients.
Develop and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.
