The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in the critical care setting, communicating clinical condition changes to physicians and responding quickly to patient status changes. Additionally, the role involves performing general nursing duties across all departments, participating in performance improvement activities, and ensuring patient safety and quality standards are met.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with current state Registered Nurse Licensure and hold current ACLS and BLS certifications prior to orientation completion. One year of RN experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
