The coordinator will support the primary care clinic by providing service information, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining professional conduct, and practicing cost containment. Key duties involve administrative proficiency, utilizing electronic systems for chart quality assurance, and providing clinical support in areas like phone management, call triaging, and appointment scheduling.
A high school education is required, and candidates should possess intermediate computer skills, preferably with prior experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience working in a front desk or office receptionist role, especially in occupational health or primary care, is necessary.

Previous experience working in a front desk/ office receptionist position. Key Responsibilities Display a positive attitude. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to set priorities. Maintain confidentiality of protected information. Assist in customer relations by providing support to the division. Support special teams and committees by performing administrative support tasks. Assist in ensuring that standards of care, standards of practice, Code of Ethics, and policies and procedures are followed. Assist in monitoring practices to assure compliance with the regulatory agency rules and regulations to assure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Assist in looking for ways to improve effectiveness by assisting in the implementation of new ideas and more efficient approaches. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Work conditions are such that significant time will be spent walking, standing, stooping, sitting, assisting with positioning patients, and include some lifting.
