The Administrative Assistant I is responsible for providing essential administrative support services to one or more individuals, a department, or a division within the organization. This role also involves assisting the supervisor with routine tasks related to personnel, budget management, and other operational aspects.
Candidates must possess either an Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED accompanied by two years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's Degree being preferred. A minimum of two to three years of experience in an administrative or medical office setting is required for this position.
