The Ultrasound Technologist will perform high-quality ultrasound procedures according to departmental policies and regulatory requirements, while also assisting radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed. A key part of the role involves monitoring patient well-being during exams and taking appropriate action for discomfort or medical issues.
Applicants must have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma and passed the SPI exam. Current ARDMS certifications or being ARDMS Registry Eligible is preferred, and a current BLS certification is mandatory for success in this role.
