Primary duties involve managing a sustainable caseload averaging 16 patient encounters daily, including initial psychiatric evaluations, leading the treatment team, and managing patient discharges. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday day shifts, with minimal required weekend rounding and evening call coverage by phone only.
Candidates must possess an NP degree from an accredited program along with a post-graduate PMHNP certificate and current Washington APRN licensure. A minimum of three years of prior PMHNP work experience is strictly required, excluding clinical rotations and preceptor hours.

Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.
