The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in completing daily living tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and employment support, often within their home and community settings. Responsibilities also include transporting clients, organizing schedules, and maintaining daily documentation within the electronic health system.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate basic knowledge of housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols, along with strong interpersonal skills and dependability. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance are mandatory requirements for this role.
