Caregivers deliver high-quality, person-centered, non-medical home care, assisting consumers with disabilities to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and offering companionship.
Candidates must be self-motivated, respectful, dependable, and maintain a professional and clean appearance, prioritizing service in all actions. The role requires providing essential daily living support and companionship to consumers.
Ability360 caregivers deliver high-quality, person-centered, non-medical home care to eligible consumers in their homes or places of residence. This includes attendant care, personal care, activities of daily living (ADL), respite and habilitation services.
Ability360 understands our caregivers' value and how important they are to the quality of service we provide. As a result, they receive the excellent training required. In addition, many of our leadership team members started as caregivers themselves and, as a result, have significant empathy and compassion for our staff.
