include assisting clients with personal care such as bathing and grooming, providing mobility assistance, and maintaining a safe and clean home environment. Caregivers must also observe and report any changes in the client's condition while providing companionship and engagement.
Candidates must possess a Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License and are preferred to have previous caregiving experience. Strong communication skills and reliable transportation are mandatory, along with the ability to follow care plans and report concerns.
