$16 - $21 / HOUR
include providing hands-on support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance for clients. Aides must also assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, offer companionship, perform light housekeeping, and act calmly during emergencies.
Candidates must possess at least six months of professional caregiving experience, with preference given to those experienced with dementia or difficult client behaviors. A valid driver's license, auto insurance or reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and two professional references are mandatory.
