The role involves assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities, promoting independence, and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe environment. Responsibilities include providing physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations, behavioral interventions, transportation, and general housekeeping.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, and possess reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. A minimum of one year of experience supporting an individual with I/DD (personal experience counts) is required, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. DSP's must be patient, dependable and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Ideal candidates are open to shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Paid training is provided.
Work Locations: TERREBONNE/CRR, REDMOND, BEND, SISTERS, MADRAS, PRINEVILLE, SUNRIVER, LA PINE (depending on your preference)
