The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients, while also working closely with families and caregivers. Key duties include monitoring client progress, preparing reports, and actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Candidates must possess a Master’s or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology and hold or be eligible for a Washington State license, with ASHA CCC-SLP certification being preferred. Strong communication skills, experience with pediatric populations, and familiarity with evidence-based practices are essential for this role.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy services, work with families and caregivers, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Position is part-time right now, but has the potential to grow into full-time quickly.
Approximately 10–25 hours/week, flexible scheduling depending on caseload and client needs. We highly value therapist's work/life balance and work in a Sprint Based Model that allows for frequent breaks for therapists and clients to recharge and practice their skills. Learn more on our website.
