The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct, patient-centered nursing care within a structured clinical environment. This includes monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and an active LPN license or the ability to obtain one. Current CPR certification and the ability to pass a security clearance are also required.
Flexible PRN schedule with occasional holiday coverage. Requires one weekend shift per month and a minimum of two shifts per month to remain active. Ideal opportunity to get to know the team, workflow, and environment before deciding on a full-time commitment.

This role works collaboratively under the supervision of Registered Nurses and medical and mental health providers to ensure safe, consistent, and quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver routine and specialized nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider Administer medications and treatments as ordered Support behavioral health interventions in collaboration with psychiatric staff Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to safety, security, and infection control procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain Current CPR certification Ability to obtain required security clearance, including drug screening and background check indmhm #AM
